Meet Dr. Todd Miller Ph.D., Exercise & Sports Scientist, Researcher Dr. Todd Miller earned his B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Penn State University, and his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M. He completed his postdoctoral work in Microbiology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He is currently an Associate Professor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences in the Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University (GW) in Washington DC, where he is responsible for the creation and oversight of the M.S. degree program in Strength & Conditioning.
